Laddingford Farm is a thriving industrial estate, near Maidstone in Kent, which accommodates some of Kent’s most innovative business.

The requirement:

The estate needed a fully automated access gate on the main access road to the facility that was both robust, low maintenance and cost-effective.

Our solution:

This was a classic requirement by many of our clients – the need for robust, cost-effective perimeter security. Our solution was to install a fully automated cantilever gate using our Phoenix range of modular gate and fences.

Despite the non-standard width of the access road and the uneven installation surfaces, only in-stock parts were used, and the fully automated system was installed and running within five hours – with no special access or machinery requirements and with minimal disruption to access during the installation.
